Paper quality & product specification

Printing technique 

All art prints are printed with a high resolution printing process also known as gicleé printing. It is a process that uses a 12 color inkjet printer, acid free paper and pigment based archival inks. This insures that our art prints never degrade or turn yellow over time and allows furthermore a much better longevity.
It insures us that we provide a high quality product to our customers, which will never fade or degrade over time. We guarantee that our art prints will have a long shelf life, vibrant tones, richness in color and attention to detail.

Paper Quality

All art prints are printed on 265 g. fine art paper made from 100 percent cotton. The fine art paper has a mat look which provides a beautiful raw finish.
It's simply an experience to look at and to touch, and we are not afraid to claim that all art prints purchased on AnneDitteStudio will last very long time, if you keep them in the right way -

Cropping the art print
The selected art print you buy will be cropped a little when choosing bigger sizes. This is something we can't control. However, the ordered art print will have the same look and expression no matter what size you choose. Please contact customer service for further information:

Since screen settings are individual from other IT devices, the colours of the product you get may slightly vary from what you see on 
However, the colours will always be very close!
Quality of paintings

All original work of art are painted with the best acrylic paint the market has to offer on high quality Danish produced canvases, which furthermore are FSC approved (Forest Stewardship Council). 
Frames are not included but is an option for customers who wish to buy a quality wooden frame that fits the painting perfectly.
Right of revocation (Regret)
(Art prints and paintings)

According to Danish law, all customer have 14 days to regret their purchase and 24 months warranty according to the consumer protection legislation (Warranty only covers damages caused by Anne Ditte studio)
This means, that customers must report any regret of purchase and within 14 days return the product to Anne Ditte Studio. The 14 days starts from the day you buy the product. Your money will be refunded within 14 days.

You may open and see the products, but if any damages is caused to the product and is considered not to be resold again, you will not hold the right to claim your money back. Always inspect your product upon receipt!
All products damaged during shipping are covered by us and you hold the right to either claim a new product or your money refunded.

Always use GLS when returning any product as they make it possible to track the product if it should go missing during shipping.

You should ship the goods securely packaged and together with a copy of the invoice. Please state clearly that you wish to use your rights of revocation (regret) and therefore wish to have your money refunded. 

Returning of products purchased at is at your own expense. We do not cover shipping or handling costs.

No rights of revocation
(Commissioned work of art)

According to the Danish law, Anne Ditte is not obliged to issue any rights of revocation on commissioned work of art. These kind of services/products will be special made for the customer and is therefore not refundable.
You may at anytime complain if there is any damages or defects on the product after receipt. Always inspect your product within 24 hours and contact Anne Ditte if there is any damages or defects on the products.
Remember to document the damage with a picture.
When ordering a commissioned work of art, you must pay 50% of the price in advance.
